These terms cover your use of this website and the Finch waitlist, run by Rayan Mansur, an individual based in the United Kingdom (“Finch”, “we”). The Finch wallet app will have its own terms when it launches. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Not financial advice

This site describes a product in development. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer to buy or sell any asset. Digital assets are risky and can lose value.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Finch, a launch date, or any feature. Features shown on this site may change before or after launch. You must be at least 16 to join. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Self-custody

Finch is designed to be self-custodial: you control your keys and funds, and Finch cannot recover them for you. Finch never asks for your seed phrase. Anyone who does is not us.

Eligibility

You may not use this site or Finch if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions list.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no signing up other people without their permission, automated signups, scraping, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Our content

The Finch name, logo, design and content on this site belong to us. Don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Finch is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist. Our total liability for any claim about this site is limited to $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring claims locally.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
